I might hang my donkey out on a limb but I am thinking about writing a editorial. Hard to believe the press is not smart enough to figure out what is going on.

You say you got 20% Did you get any cash ? I hear all the good deals but I Don't hear anyone getting any checks , Did you get anything up front ?
no money up front but we did recieve our bonus money within the ninty-day time frame we signed with chesapeake we were in one of the last groups with alov before they changed to buckeye mineral group we our happy with what we got you must talk to your tax person and find out what you need to set aside for taxes we put what we needed into a one tear cd better to earn something even if it's a little than nothing at all so that next year we can pay our taxes we both still work but we were able to pay off our bill's and put money in the bank and give to our favorite charitys we have thirty four acres
i think mike meant by up front money=bonus money.i signed with alov/chesapeake also but 1 year ago we $2250/17.5% gross with good contract it was best deal at the time! my property is also in harrison co.
