Immediate concern: Don't just sit there: Obamacare TAX on Royalty income. 6 days left.

Obamacare TAX on Royalty income- just one of the Obamacare tax hikes. Maybe the last ever chance to stop it.

Surtax on Investment Income (Takes effect Jan. 2013): A new, 3.8 percent surtax on investment income earned in households making at least $250,000 ($200,000 single).

Where is NARO on this?  Where is United Shale-USA on this? People you need to save yourselves.  Grass roots yourself and stop settling for organizations to do everything or nothing for you.  We saw how one of Corbett’s latest laws slipped through the cover of darkness affecting royalty owners, and then there’s Obamacare.   This may be the last chance opportunity to stop it.   All Republican Senators need to jump on board with Senator Ted Cruz.  You need to contact them.  No more fraudulent Republicans.  Call them today and encourage them to grow a spine.

Fellow Conservatives:

This is an urgent update on the fight to stop funding Obamacare.

Senators Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and John Cornyn (R-TX) -- the top two Republican leaders in the U.S. Senate -- announced yesterday that they will support "cloture" on the government funding bill, giving Harry Reid and the Democrats a procedural green light to fund Obamacare with only 50 votes.

Breitbart News is reporting that McConnell and Cornyn are using their leadership positions to pressure other Republicans to oppose Senators Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Mike Lee (R-UT) in their effort to defund Obamacare.

According to a senior staffer quoted in the news report, "Nobody is fighting harder to make sure Obamacare is funded than Mitch McConnell and John Cornyn."

This is the ultimate betrayal.

TAKE ACTION: Tell Senate Republicans to Stand With Ted Cruz and Mike Lee, Not Mitch McConnell and John Cornyn

We knew Mitch McConnell and John Cornyn weren't with us when they voted to fund Obamacare earlier this year. But then, under pressure from grassroots, they said they supported the effort to defund it. They even ran political ads in their home states to make voters think they were on their side.

But now, faced with the prospect of having to fight for the things they claim to believe, these Senate leaders have surrendered.

Mitch McConnell and John Cornyn have surrendered to Barack Obama, Harry Reid, and the Democrats. More importantly, they have surrendered to Obamacare -- the biggest job killer in America.

MELT THE PHONES

We can't let these turncoats force millions of Americans into this liberal train wreck.

Obamacare is unaffordable, unworkable, and it's unfair.

Please contact the other Republican senators -- even if they aren't from your state -- and urge them to OPPOSE cloture so the Democrats can't fund Obamacare.

You can find the list of senators at DontFundObamacare.com  along with their contact information and where they currently stand on this issue.

It's very important for you to call senators today and urge them to stand with Ted Cruz and Mike Lee in the fight to stop funding Obamacare.

Time is running out. Obamacare begins in just one week. We must act now.

This country belongs to us, not the politicians in Washington. Let's make sure they hear us loud and clear.

Best regards,

Obamacare was instituted because a significant portion of Americas working class is working without receiving health benefits. If corporations were committed to providing the necessary wages and benefits to their employees, chances are there would never have been the push for this. T he crises of health care was noted by Hillary Clinton years ago and the situation for many folks has gotten only worse. Obamacare picks up the slack where corporations have failed American workers.

Ji, if obamacare is so great then why has obama exempted himself, congress and big corps from it?

Isn't there some huge deductible of several thousand dollars that people have to pay before they get it? Just saying ..........

This post is not under opinions, because it deals with facts that are alarming to royalty owners.

I've come to learn 50% of the American people are thieves disguised as voters.  And as it seems, 50% of the people who've responded to my post appear to fall into that category.

The Constitutional attorney (thanks be to him) just gave a marvelous synopsis of this over reaching, overarching law, and how it's tentacles go far beyond healthcare.

The Good Samaritan

"So it is concerning the needs of others.  The one story which best exemplifies all the teachings of Jesus regarding our relationship to the need of others is the story of the Good Samaritan.  There was a man who was beaten by robbers and left to die.  A priest, and then a Levite, came along.  As it should be, the choice of helping the man was left with each of them.  Both chose not to help.  Then a Samaritan came by.  He personally and voluntarily accepted a responsibility to the men who was left in need.  He knelt down and bound up the man's wounds, took him to the nearest inn, and paid for having him cared for until he could return and pay the full bill.  In accepting his personal responsibility for the need of his neighbor, he acted in accord with God's commandments.

But in this immortal story, we should remember that Christ did not say that part of the duty of the charitable man was to levy a tax upon the priest and the Levite so that they would be forced to pay two-thirds of the cost of helping the wounded man, even against their will, while he would pay the other third, which would be his share under such an arrangement.  The Bible confronts each with his responsibility.  But in addition to being purely personal, it is also completely voluntary.  And the excuse of good motives in voting to confiscate another's money will hardly be adequate.  For how can charity-the love of a person for his fellow men-ever be connected with force and compulsion in any form?  Are these two concepts-the voluntary law of love of person for person, and the compulsory law of force of person against person-- irreconcilable in all respects?"

I oppose Obamacare.  But it's important to confront reality.  That Democrats support this law is not news.  However, de facto support from the vast majority of "Republicans" must be admitted to by those thinking we have a two party system.

Today in America we have one political party, the Democrat Party, with two branches.  There are mainstream Democrats and Democrats-lite, formerly referred to as "Republicans".  Sadly, many American voters who do not align with Democrat politics continue regardless to vote for the Democrat-lite branch of that party.

Like them or not, you have to give deserved props to the Democrats.  They have beaten their previous competitors by assimilating them!!  It reminds me of the Borg and that famous line:  "Resistance is futile"

Welcome to the collective!

No, I'm citing Russell Clincy- to make my point that many thieves are disguised as voters.  Are you one of them?

Why are you making an argument of Rich vs poor. That's not what this is about.  It's about government abuse including those against royalty owners.

Weiss is correct on his facts.

No one has mentioned Obamacare's long term effect on the quality of medical care in the US.  A doctor goes to four years of undergrad, four years of medical school, and then four years of residency.  If he/she specializes he has another couple.  This costs a few hundred thousand conservatively speaking. They should make a lot more money than the average bloke on the street.   I want them to!!   They are playing God in the OR's across America.  Obamacare is going to force many of the best out of practice and discourage many of the same NOT to enter the field of medicine.  It won't be lucative enough to justify the blood, sweat, and tears that a career in medicine demands.  What a f--king debacle.

How is OCare going to force Drs out?  Their pay is currently squeezed by the hospitals.  Drs have to cow to the mega hospitals- who can sustain a private practice with the myriad of insurances, each with different coverages, with a small office staff?  It's a paperwork nightmare.  Just had some inpatient surgery and the Doc, who had to have the skill and knowledge and also continued with 6 or 7 office follow-ups at no additional charge was paid a pittance compared to the entire bill.  The hospitals need reigning in and unfortunately, no one else but the govt is in the position to do it. People, try to get a price beforehand for an mri, a pill, a bandage- no one in the hospital can tell you.  But after - oh you're billed for every piece of gauze, though amount will be wildly varied depending if you have Medicare,  private insurance or are self pay.  The health system in America is broke.  OCare hopefully is just the start to address this gigantic mess.

I'd be happy to solve the healthcare expense problem with original critical thinking/constructive thought rather than 3000 pages of laws.  Simple.  Require physicians to post the price at the door of their most frequent 40 procedures, menu style.  Most people have deductibles so this would make a big difference with people shopping around for cheaper prices, thus the FREE market will start to work it's magic.

Same goes for hospitals with outpatient and inpatient procedures.  However since one procedure might routinely require several services, the one procedure is priced out as a bundle.  Ancillary service prices shall be listed on the menu so patients will know what they might have to pay for if needed (i.e., that 1 Bayer aspirin), or if complications arise.

YOU WILL THEN SEE PEOPLE START TO TAKE AN INTEREST IN THE PRICE OF SERVICES.  A 10% deductible on a $5,000 procedure, saves me a lot if that same procedure is billed out at $8,000 on the other side of time.  Eventhough I have insurance, I'd save $300 out of pocket choosing the procedure at the hospital charging $5,000.  Critical thinking to solve problems is a valuable asset, however the Dems would prefer to make 3,000 pages of laws because they just chase their tales with regulations and yet again fail to be able to hit the nail on the head.  They are such an outdated party.
