I am looking for some feedback as to what a landowner may reasonably expect to be paid for their land use for an injection disposal well in Southeastern Ohio?
Speaking with others it appears there should be both a 'per acre' value, as well as a price per barrel...correct? And although oil/gas itself is not expected, should that potential not also be part of the agreement?
Although there are any number of injection wells both older and newer already in existence, it seems the terms of compensation are relatively obscure compared to producing wells.
Any information please?
Much appreciated!
