Is it too late too sign on

Southwest is installing a pad on jennings road in New milford Twp  My neighbor one with 10 acres 0ne with 4 acres have been trying to find out if they can sign up.Called landman no response as of yet is is possible that it may be too late too get into the pool

Perhaps call Williams in Montrose. They seem to hold a lot of the leases in that area.
