I am veri interested if there is a land owners group in or near Pleasant City. This is in south Guernsey County, Ohio just above the county line into Noble County.

I own twenty acres just north of Pleasant City, which will be a retirement home for my wife and I. (We currently live in California, but can't wait to leave!).

I received a letter from a representative of Amarado Oil of Austin, Texas. No details, just stating they have a "VERY lucrative offer" for me. I sent an email last night. No reply as yet.

Does anyone know about Amarado? are they a lease reseller? Is there a production unit proposed for this area, and if so what size?

Any information is appreciated to help me make an intelligent decision.
