Is there a map or plot that show who has leased the land around my parcel(unleased)

I am from Harrison county,Ohio. my step sons have inherited  some un leased land.  Is there a map  or plot map that shows the property around theirs that  have been leased and to what company?

     I love the Skytruth.org site.  It sends alerts of any activities near your property or mineral rights.
