Jefferson County PA Leasing

Does anyone know any companies leasing in Jefferson County PA  and paying upfront money? (I know the Snyder's have several entities leasing, anyone else?)

Yes, off of highway 410 in Henderson Exco is leasing large tracts and paid group of people individually negotiated 12.5/500 to some and ones that negotiated harder and longer got $1,000/21%. Land is being held by shut in vertical/no lateral placed in at this time. Leasing done in 2010.
