Jockey Hollow Mud Spill

Does anyone have any advice for land owners affect by the Pipeline drilling mud spill that took place in Boggs fork(creek) around the Jockey Hollow Wildlife area? MarkWest has been cleaning the mess up since the 1^st week of November
