Hoping it's in the next ten years instead of decades. There are stories on here of companies quickly losing interest (or investment money) in Venango and Butler counties to our west on the fringe of wet/dry gas. Once infrastructure and markets are established and a more stable price is established, it should happen. Then again, there are more and more "new" fossil fuel finds it seems every year which can effect supply-demand. Like you, we're hoping to lease this 90 acres someday.
