Land values for eastern ohio recreational land

I just a completed kiko land auction for 74 acres recreational land that went for 5300 ac. This was surface only. It had a nice lake on it but no other improvements.
Has anyone seen any surface sales in last 12 months? If so please share thanks

I seen it go for 6000 ac in Harrison  surface only

Do you know how many acres this was for ? The land sold by kiko was reclaimed strip ground

Tusc. County, Surface only,  unreclaimed strip mined land, $3100/acre, ~200 acres.....Hunting land.
