Our lease with Chesapeake for several hundred acres in Bradford County will expire early this summer.  What type of interest should I expect from other O&G companies?  Chesapeake has been silent for many months, is it worth opening a dialog with them about extending their lease before it actually expires?  At this point a permit has not been issued so it appears they will not be locking up the lease.
