Leasing in Bradford County?

In June, my lease expired with Talisman. I was surrounded by Chesapeake leases so I was not real surprised unless they wanted to bargain with my land.

Is anyone in the same boat and are any Gas Cos writing new leases? I am in LeRaysville Borough about a good stone throw from the Bucks Hill well site.
