Has anyone recently received any offers to lease their land by Atlas (now Chevron) in Indiana County?  We have just received an offer and it isn't that good.  They are giving out $750 for 5 years or $1500 for 10 years.  Also, the lease is not very landowner friendly.  No pugh clause, giving them the rights to extract any coal they run into, no bonus monies paid of drilling starts within 90 days and all it takes to commence drilling is staking out a site, and many others?? 

If anyone has leased with them, please let me know what type of price you got and how much of the lease you negotiated.  Any help or info will be very much appreciated.
