We just received one for $750/year or 5 years or $1500/yr for 10 years.  Is this is a little low?

Prospector, I have a place along the Allegheny river that would possible fullfill your dream. Also  over 300 acres behind me-wooded, in an estate(not me)that won"t get posted.
