Good Morning, I have property in Beaver TWP, Noble County and Seneca TWP, Monroe County and have been approached by Blue Racer Midstream for permission to survey for a pipeline, we have granted them the right to survey. I know what is coming next, they will want to lease the ROW. Does anyone know what the going price per foot is? I have heard numbers between $30 to $125 a foot.

ET rover is federal you can not stop them from where they decide to put line you can negotiate price but if you can not agree some one else impartial decides.
I have heard from a good source that Rover gave this person $16.000 per area and they put half of it in excrow , and they do nothing with it they keep the money in excrow .
yes my miss spell... acre it is . what are you hearing out there on the Sunoco line .
$23 a ft. is a slap in the face to the landowner. an absolute minimum should be $1 a foot per inch diameter of pipeline.
V Miller what pipeline is going across your fathers land, we are trying to negotiate an access line on our land and was wondering if either are access lines
When it comes to ROW agreements the price per foot is important, but there are other issues that are far more important to be dealt with.
My farm is being affected by the Rover Line. Sherwood to clarington Lateral
