This morning I was contacted by a firm that has clients wishing to lease in Delaware County, NY.  I explained I coordinate the 4-County Group ... Cattaraugus and Allegany in NY, and Potter and McKean in PA.  My knowledge of the Delaware County region is nil, but I told the gentleman I'd reach out to find out anything I could and pass it along.
