Looking for a lease in Guernsey county Cambridge township

I have 8 1/2 acres in southern Cambridge township Guernsey county that I have been trying to lease

I'm really surprised that EQT  isn't interested in your property. They are drilling just south of there. multiple wells & pads.  Heard they bought some leases off Gulfport on High Hill rd.
