Looking for action in Plunketts Creek Township

What is the current leasing action in Plunketts Creek Township? I have 241.6 acres that just freed up after a disappointing experieince the past 5 years with Chesapeake.  The lease part was fine, but no exploration, no seismic study activity , no drilling.  Just wondering what others are experiencing?  Currently the land sets idle.  Not sure what pipelines may be planned in the areas, but that could be a whole other dialogue.
