Looking for a person or company that actively searches for land owners, a mineral lease for their land.

My step sons inherited acreage in Harrison county,Ohio that their father was going to lease according to his brother but was killed in a mining accident Feb 2012 and never got around to it.

Need help on leasing this land for a commission  basis or what ever you do.

Am sure there is such type person or company that does this
