Marcellus impact

So far the marcellus shale impact on me has been positive, thanks to Chesapeake.  My lease check turned my Farmhouse from a shack to a beautiful house.  I built a 3 car garage, a new horse barn and bought a newer tractor. My lease payment was more then I paid for my entire farm back in 1996, what more can a guy want.
