- Thanks--Some want to sign for low upfront monies with contingencies in place..
Those being 25 % royalty--in production within 3 yrs--with no shut in clause for 2 yrs consecutive-- I for one thing the three components--bonus--royalty--& lease language are ALL equally important and not one of these three should be compromised considering this stacked play and our local.

IYO--What would be an expected offer right now in this climate in N.Y. along the Pa. border in broome county. --Geology is great-- Mill is 4 miles away-- 6000 acres plus ( total coalition at this time )surrounded by xto leases of 2 yrs ago.. We are so close to the Millenium Pipeline it only makes sense we are top on their list. A good friend of mine lives in Otego. Was wondering what is happening in that neck of the woods.
