Water Powered Car... it's coming..

I have been researching this for years and have experimented with my own truck.. I have doubled my gasoline mileage with a very simple device attached to the battery and fuel line.. cost was about 600$ installed..

The issue is efficiency, I only get out what I put in, in terms of energy..100%,  but this guy got 7800% efficiency, and was poisoned.. Apparently , no one wants free energy, not yet anyway...

From what I have been able to decern, it has to do with

 the electrical frequency being correct, and no one has been able to identfy it since this guy and he was killed ...

Hi - I also have a fuel cell in my F250 diesel - excellent improvement in power ! ! !

The problem is -"How to "over-ride" the computer which varies the intake fuel
