Is anyone currently negotiating for pipeline on their property?  Would be nice to collaborate.

Yes, in Monroe County. Waiting on legal advice - and concerned about the permanent nature of the ROW.

I agree.  We don't live on the land (Jefferson County) but still worry about permanent devaluation.  Still, the lines have to go somewhere right?  We don't plan to build but someone else might someday. Have you been told the quantity or size of lines?

2 a 20 inch and a 26 for now
Still waiting, I signed but I think one of my neighbors did not...

Cassandra who was the pipeline company that contacted you?

What township are you in in Monroe?

Suns bury and mark west

Jay:   Thanks for the information.   Interesting.  The Markwest plant site being developed outside Summerfield is located about ~ 1000 ft from the Northern Texas Eastern pipeline, and the word is that Markwest looked at several locations on this line in Noble County before making the deal with Consol, so we assume they will use one of the lines, or the ROW in some capacity (Sales?).

Do you know any more about the gathering line route from Monroe County to Markwest?   The TE line misses the Rubel/Norman location by a coupla miles (it's close), so the line you refer to must continue west to the plant on another locally purchased ROW.  Another (maybe it's the same?) gathering line for Antero runs NW from the Rubel well into Noble to pick up the Wayne, Mulligan, Miley and Sanford wells, but I don't know the final connection route from the Rubel/Norman to the plant.   It sounds like the two gathering lines must converge in that area?   Lots of folks are very interested, because being close to the gathering line puts you closer to the head of the drilling line if you listen to the Gulfport CEO.  IMHO of course.

Wow.  Thanks again.   I printed this presentation before and see that they have since added a branch gathering line from the vicinity of the Miley well NW towards?   Apparently, they periodically update these presentations, replacing earlier versions on the website.

It's difficult to see where the "split" occurs, since there is only one purple dot visible on the map.

They have cleared a pad for a compressor station north of beallsville by raven rocks
