I'm new to this and looking for some unbiased information on what the current status is for unsigned land in Mercer County (southwest).  I've never signed a lease and the property I own has never been under contract. I have never been approached by an offer other than postcards.  Everyone around me was under previous contracts, so maybe this area was never investigated.  What are the options at this point for a landowner like myself ?  Has the ship sailed or are there opportunities still out there?  I have 25 acres.  Thanks in advance for your comments.
