Has anyone heard/dealt with this company?
They are soliciting landowners in ohio to purchaces thier mineral rights/royalties.
I know the value per acre varies by location and by individual situation......I'm interested in hearing what your selling price is.

We had one of these kind of companies offer to buy half of our royalty interests on a Clinton County PA lease, and they offered a very atractive price but we figured if they are offering such a good price there must be a good reason! and there was!! We are pooled in two seperate units and will benefit more than if we would have sold half of our interest.
About the only way I would even consider selling royalty interests/mineral rights was if I was up in years and did not have time to wait for royalties to come in to play.. Or had no one left to leave them to upon my demise.
Just offering my two cents for what its worth!!

But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
