Mergers and Acquisition news

For West Virginia folks, Antero has acquired HG Energy for 2.8 Billion along with gathering network for 1.1 Billion.  

They have sold to the Utica acreage to Infinity and Northern Oil and gas for a total of 1.2 Billion.
