Mergers and Acquisition news

For West Virginia folks, Antero has acquired HG Energy for 2.8 Billion along with gathering network for 1.1 Billion.  

They have sold to the Utica acreage to Infinity and Northern Oil and gas for a total of 1.2 Billion.

Who will be next  on the Merger/Acquisition block in Western Pennsylvania?

With the changing demand for natural gas in western PA where will the next M&A come from?  Who will the likely candidates be?  Do the 1Q reports signal any insights?

I listened to both the Expand and EQT earnings conference calls, and neither expressed interest in large scale mergers.  In fact, Expand seems to value their Haynesville assets the most, with Northeastern Pa second.  In Northeast PA, it appears that Devon will try to sell its Marcellus position inherited as part of their merger.
