Missing Royalty Payments from EQT?

Is anybody else missing royalty payments from EQT in August and September 2025? Sent  them by email last month and no reply. Last month their customer service voicemail said they were aware of the issue and will be sending out both month’s checks for September. Today their voicemail says they have no live operators on duty from October 1 to the 19th and to send them an email with any inquiries because that’s their fastest response method.

Equinor bought a lot of EQT LEASES.

We have beeen waiting since May 2023 for royalty payments. And, they will not answer any of our questions!

Depending on the terms of your lease, this delay may be grounds to terminate EQT or their successor's existing lease rights.  You will need an oil and gas attorney to examine your lease terms and potentially create a demand letter to send to the lessee.  Should they ignore or fail to send the payments agreed to in the lease, it may be grounds for termination of the lease.
