Monroe County doing Very Well in Shale Play; Ethane Cracker on Ferro Alloys property in Salem TWP on 50 acres

The Sunday morning paper about Monroe, Belmont, and Harrison counties doing well in Shale boom.

Most interesting fact in article is the Gary well in Monroe County is producing  10 times the amount of gas over the average well gas production in the entire play.

Mostly because when it comes to construction of plants,our best people around here are members of building trades unions and some of these companies ( Dominion etc) would rather blow something up and injure people than hire professionals if they are unionized.Mark West for example has always used Pipeliners and fitters from union halls. As far as plant workers go I hope that they hire local workers but I guess we will see.
