Now I hear Hal con is not going to pay even more areas ! I work with a guy from Sandy Lake area and he said they told him they were backing out of there now! Merry Christmas! BAH HUMBUG to Halcon!

Not surprising although people are getting paid in the Hadley area for sure. Did your source say Sandy Lake Borough or Sandy Lake twp?

Apparently it affects evryone in Stoneboro and Sandy Lake Twp.

Halcon's plan was always to amass acreage, drill a few wildcats then flip the position to a major.  If they're backing out it means they don't think they can make that money back later on down the road.
