Frank,

Across Route 8 from your property on Hicks Road by the XTO Cryogenic plant.  The unit declaration is on the Recorder of Deeds site.  Most of your property is in the unit.

Frank, I don't know where you are located, but XTO formed Mountain Gathering B unit in Penn Twp.,Butler County,Pa. If you go to the Butler County website and access deeds that might help you. I think XTO recorded it around Nov. 3,2015. Hope this helps. Dave
