Seems the nat gas boom is causing an echo in the steel business. Some of the steel is for the pipe and other uses of steel by the industry but some is because it is now cheaper to make steel here.  Energy costs are a major factor in steel and other industries and the cheap gas is causing companies to locate in the US to take advantage of this long term benefit.
