I am a small business man.  had rental properties in new York for last nine years.  we brought hundreds of thousands of dollars to the small town where we operated.  just sold them and will never go back.  new York makes Pennsylvania look  wonderful..if you can believe that!  the taxes and red tape in new York are staggering!  adios new York.  we are investing our money here!
