As my area columbiana county, knox township, Ohio is seeing DPSpenn and Trinity secure leaseholds in the area,   Some of the soon expiring leases with  shallower wells are being acted on and drilled .   As we know in the leases we are signing or have signed we can have amendments that say gas cannot be transported across are lands etc.     The township trustees had recently given permission for company to bore there sales lines in the road rightaway.   This is not a public utility that is installing.  Technically  part of the road rightaways are property that we/I own and are suppose to maintain and pay tax on?   If I understand correctly normally a fee should/ would be paid to run this line across the property frontage.    I would ask what some of the more experience persons on this site about the possibilities if that is legal or not?
