I own the gas rights to about 100 acres in Greene County just off the Kirby exit of I79 but live out of state. I have just been contacted by PA Land Resources/EDF Trading about signing a lease for the rights.  Can anyone shed any light on either of these two companies regarding credibility? I am also curious if their offers change to each adjoining rights owner so I know if the offer is at or below market value.

Any help would be appreciated.
