NEW LEASE IN HARRISON COUNTY

Rino resources has just signed a deal in harrison county with Chesapeake energy. They got $6000 an  acre and 20% royalty. Get this! They also got half the money up front at the time of signing with the rest to be paid after the mineral rights have been researched. Does this set a new precedent for future leases?

1500 acres. I dont know the location.
