New or renewal offers in Tioga county ???

     Has anyone gotten a call or otherwise been contacted to renew an expired lease or start a new lease in Tioga Co. ,PA ? If so, what was offered ? RE: bonus, royalties, length of contract, how many levels (Marcellus, Utica, Trenton/BR, etc.). Are they still offering Pugh clauses? Who was doing the offering? Any info appreciated...Thanks, Theresa

We had an absolutely lousy lease with ANADARKO and when Talisman came in to offer the top lease last year, we were excited to get the opportunity to remedy that bad lease. We've done everything we can to eliminate deductions but our attorney cautions that it is really not so simple. We feel we covered all the bases but there will always be new ways to beat the system.

Will see what happens.
