any one know what going one here I live in Zanesville but got 48 ac in this twp it not lease but for hunting it co want to put a dis wellpay the taxes the oil lease be nice got a guy want to put a dis well there or a waste site to no no

Not exactly sure what you are saying, but I understand you as

"you have 48 acres in Noble Twp in Noble Co, you either have or want an offer for an Oil & Gas lease that you would use to pay property taxes. The person that is offering the lease is a nice person."   

Is that about right?

I think that someone wants to put a disposal or injection well on the property.  If this is true, make sure that you get a good oil and gas lawyer to read the lease.  The wording of the lease could keep you from getting royalties from an oil and gas well in the future.  Be very careful.  Do you want your land to be converted into an industrial site?
