i have an old O & G lease with a very specific non-assignment clause.  my lease was then assigned to chk.  fighting them now.  anybody out there deal with this problem and what was the outcome.  i have a couple friends in the beaver county area with the same lease and we are looking to see if chk has ever re-negotiated any of these leases.  any info would be a  great help.  thanks
