Tom,
We are close to judgement day. Moratoriums are a temporary legal move to stall. If our state does not permit HVHF this year, it is time for NY landowners to sue. Somehow the state protected themselves from liability on this issue, but this cannot continue in perpetuity. Landowners have rights, if the state takes those rights, we need to see them in court. Enough is enough, the antis still have no scientific nor legal standing to continue this stall. If Andy doesn't start to form a backbone, it will be a political liability. This year's presidential election will prove this point- Andy the antis wont get you to the Presidency in four years. Our state has an excellent history of mineral extraction, what is currently happening is an insult to our history of sensible oil and gas development.

andy as pres? after the debacle this country finds itself in putting obama in charge, a dem doesn't stand a chance for fifty years. if the dems do continue to win, it will be judgment day  coming . keep the dems up there in new york.

Gary,
Andy has Presidential aspirations. He even went so far as to not allow any new taxes or fees in the NYS budget that passed last month. He has every intention of grabbing national attention. I didnt vote for him. He would be better than most democrats, but I would never vote democrat, not the way they have positioned themselves as the socialist party of America. If he supported fossil fuels he would grab the electorate middle, the fringe environmentalists would vote for him anyway. It is all possible.

yep, it's definitely possible. this country is in big trouble and joe sixpack and all the soccer moms better be paying attention. socialism doesn't work with our constitution.

You guys are both on the money!
