I would highly recommend a smaller, local firm. Joe Charlton would be my recommendation. He has boatloads of experience dealing with oil and gas. He is the solicitor for Buffalo Twp, Butler County, and he authored the township's oil and gas ordinance. His offices are in Sarver, PA.

Confirming O&G Guy, I have also heard good things about Charlton and Charlton and was considering using them. However, I do think that Wil White has much more experience and I went with him.
Charlton and Charlton is a husband wife team with a paralegal.
