     CAUV or Continued Agricultural Use Valuation, real estate tax paying farmers of Ohio, also have a reason not to vote for Bible johnny.  Check out the lawsuit Kevin Roberts filed against Ohio's gov and the Treasurer for manipulating the CAUV tax formula outside of the law that guides the program, shifting taxes to the landowners and away from the Income Tax payers of Ohio.

Bj didn't lower taxes in Ohio, he shifted taxes to the landowners illegally. It's a 1 Billion Dollar Class Action Suite of which all CAUV landowners are a part.

This act is dwarfed by the Chesapeake fraudulent removal of Ohio's NGLs free of charge, and severe underpayment of Oil and Gas royalties. This is GOING TO BE HUGE!!!!

Forgot to mention, I wrote letters to Bj and mikey D to let them know Ohioans were being stolen from. Certain farmers and folks in high places have copies of the letters, that were ignored. "I'd like to help" and "The laws of Ohio don't apply to Oil & Gas companies" has sealed the deal for those who turned a blind eye to "The Largest Fraud Ever Perpetrated On Ohio Citizens".

Boys, you picked the wrong century to pull this stunt on landowners.
