I thought it might be a good idea to establish a thread were we might have a central reference point to the Oil and Gas Companies that are being sued. Mind you being sued does not necessarily mean you did anything wrong but it does show that something is wrong somewhere. Please post a link to the story a case court number if known.

UMMITVILLE, Ohio — Summitcrest Inc. has filed a lawsuit against Eric Petroleum Corp., Chesapeake Exploration LLC and Ohio Buckeye Energy LLC inColumbiana County Court of Common Pleas.
