As a landowner and a property that is an excellent well head location and I am willing to do with my current lease holder. The plus in this, is that I am the only one willing to do well head in this area that both companies want. My current lease company just lost out on a key piece of land that would access the entire area from my well site. It is a critical location for both that is why company B wants the option and perhaps buy my lease out from A or join forces with them on this project. I know they are all in the business to make money, not just to lease land. I welcome thoughts, suggestions or any additional questions. I feel like I am in the middle of a Highmark/UPMC war.
