It is annoying beyond words that some major gas companies are permitted to shirk their reporting obligations.  These days, I guess, they pretty much run the show regarding this matter and many other things in PA.  They do whatever they want.

I really enjoyed your post and I agree with you they are not perfect.  But even after first clicking the lower right on my computer I still had to get up, go to another room, and look at my (paper) calender to be absolutely certain this is 2012!!!  The concept of them having "boxes upon boxes of data awaiting processing" is so funny, given it's possible to fit gigabytes of data on a DVD and terabytes of data on a HDD.  You were not specific as to what's in those boxes.  It better not be paper!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Finally, while I don't disagree with your statement about "data processing", my questions for them would instead be more with regard to database management.
