Does anyone know what the deal is with the pang well and it’s 110000 or less production every month? Is it low production or is it throttled back for future production?

Looking at the ODNR well viewer, I see several Pang wells, all of which are at least 5 years old. Shale wells decline fairly rapidly, thus the current production rate isn't that surprising. An example
