Penn Energy drilling in Beaver county

Anyone know what is going on with Penn Energy in Marion Twp and New Sewickley Twp in Beaver County? They have many well pads but nothing in production. Are they just waiting on pipeline or suspending drilling activity for now? We live next to Beaver Pad 12H. There is a pad but nothing happening as far as drilling yet.
