If you have removed Pipeline and Storage from your original Gas Lease, What Terms (Addendums) has anyone able to negoiate ? What is the price being offered / received ? Per Linear Foot or Per Linear Rod ? Has anyone successfully added time limit to putting the pipeline in and specifying only the one line to be put in at this time, that its not a open ended agreement that in 10-20 yrs they can add additional lines at no cost or allow others like fiber optics to use the line. Pipeline depth ? Replantings aftwarwrds for wild life, not the standard Mix.

Thx

yes it is totally acceptable to have an a abandonment/ termination addenda added to the ROW usually 2 years as far as the  time limit thing I kinda don't think so to me these people (landman) are most likely sub contractors and most likely could give you a general time frame I would personally take that with a grain of salt pipeline depth usually 4 foot to top of pipe is not out of line to ask for or get added there is so much information on this site I would  highly recommend ERIC CAMPS A LANDOWNERS LIST OF TERMS TO NEGOTIATE kind of become my bible through this negotiating  of our easement lots of good people also where extremely beneficial not only in there knowledge but also there opinion  mike allen, josh willis to name just a few  good luck and keep us posted
