We just had a landman come to visit us about using property next to the existing Dominion Gas line that runs under 68 in New Sewickley township, Beaver County.
Has anyone talked to him about the Penn Energy wells off Ziegler, the one by the Turnpike, and the one of Hartzell Road, using this right of way (well an additional 75' wide), to transport the dirty gas to the station to be cleaned for transport to wherever?
I would like to know what he is offering in this area for a linear foot.
Also, what attorney does anyone in this area use that is for the landowner and knowledgeable about pipeline right of way agreements.
Any info would be helpful.
Thanks,
JC
