Looking for some feedback if $20 per linear foot is good for a pipeline right of way payment.  I'm in Monroe County OH, its a 24" gathering line.  I'm told from a source at the Ohio Farm Bureau to expect $45 to $75 per foot but not seeing evidence of that anywhere.  Any information would be appreciated.

Marc $20 per foot is very very low .I know personally some individuals in Harrison county were paid closer to the $100 per foot for a 12" to 16"
Pipe . This just took a few weeks ago .
Thank you, I figured we were getting low balled on this. I plan to hold out

I can confirm having recently signed a Right-of-Way Agreement with Blue Racer Midstream for one (1) pipeline in Harrison County, not to exceed 16” in diameter for $100.00 (One Hundred Dollars) per linear foot of right of way.

Thanks Wrangler . I was referring to a Blue Racer line also .

Howdy Busy B..Any info on what dollars are being  paid per foot for the Blue Grass pipeline to built through Harrison county? Thanks

Brat I do know of landowners being paid as high as $112.50 per foot by Bluegrass .The last I heard Bluegrass was on hold for a while though. I'll see what I can find out and let you know .
